Transportation
Sunsplash Events will help you identify the perfect ground transportation for your group including professional staffers to meet & greet and hand hold guests upon arrival, handing guests ice cold water or beers as they exit customs and ensuring they are placed in the appropriate vehicle for transportation to the hotel. We have buses of all sizes some with luggage compartments and some with luggage trucks, SUVs, Limousines, Town Cars, Sprinters and Vans. We can provide VIP Expedited Clearance through customs and immigration as well as police escorts from the airport to hotel, getting your VIP’s there very quickly.
Staffing
Sunsplash Events includes professional meet and greet staff at the airport and hotel complimentary with your airport transportation. We also have staffing for many other areas, such as hospitality desk assistance, directional staffers, assembling welcome packets, escorting guests on tours and dine arounds, translators for leisure and corporate meetings.
VIP Concierge Services
We can provide VIP Expedited Clearance through customs and immigration as well as police escorts from the airport to hotel, getting your VIP’s there very quickly. We also offer VIP on-board clearance, red carpets and cars on the tarmac for private jet arrivals. Have a VIP that likes a certain beer or snack? Let us know and we'll have it purchased and placed in their vehicles and guest room prior to arrival. We can assign a VIP Concierge specialist to your executives to hand hold them 24/7.

We actually create the magic behind the scenes, selecting the best suited dining experiences for your group, the best seating location in the restaurant, the best buses and drivers to get there and back. We provide staffing to facilitate and ensure each guest's experience is nothing short of phenomenal! We have so many wonderful restaurants to choose from, casual 'Fish Fry', where shorts, t-shirts and flip-flops are the norm, to more formal, five-star dining at the famous Graycliff Restaurant.
