We have the largest collection of linens, event furniture rentals, stage sets, ballroom draping, props and décor, etc. along with in house event and floral designers and a meticulous installation team. We have successfully providing event solutions for intimate 20 person groups up to 3,400 person conferences.
Junkanoo is a Bahamian celebration of independence immersed with vibrant colorful costumes and artists. We'll introduce your guests to some of our fun local traditions using colorful table settings, feather plume centerpieces, impressive costumes, an island calypso band, fire dancers, limbo dancers and a Junkanoo Parade grand finale!
Aqua Cocktail Reception
Simple elegance pulls in the natural aquatic tones from the surrounding waterfalls and beach lagoon, combined with elegant steel drum music creates the perfect setting for welcome cocktails and networking.
Aqua Dinner Reception
After a beautiful outside cocktail reception, guests come inside to an intimate dinner setting surrounded by aquariums. Imperial tables are set with shimmering aquatic tablecloths and seaglass, seashell and floral centerpieces. The perfect setting for an intimate celebration or private board meeting evening.
Blue Beach Party
Wouldn't you want to be on the beach every possible moment? We set the tone for an elegant beach party with shimmering deep blue tablecloths, stunning white floral centerpieces paired with comfortable sofa seating on the beach for guests to relax and enjoy! Glow spheres are ilumninated with blue tones to complement the aquatic surroundings. Interesting dancers are brought in to interact with guests.
Da Fish Fry
We've recreated 'da Fish Fry', a meeting place for locals to gather and sample local foods and drinks, mostly seafood. An authentic rake 'n scrape band plays music as guests enter. Tables are combinations of boardwalk tops and burlap coverings with coral and orchid centerpieces. Tiki hut bartenders offer delicious tropical drinks. Buffets with fishnets, traps and fishermens' supplies create the ambiance of a dock and fish market, keeping the evening engaging and interactive.
Final Gala Dinner
Highlighting attendees and guests acheivements with a formal Farewell Gala Dinner creates fond lifetime memories. This evening is set with jewel tone shimmering tablecloths, combinations of high and low formal floral and crystal centerpieces, chivari chairs, charger plates, draped ballroom walls, full staging, lighting and video components, all set the stage for grand evening of appreciation.
